Refund and Mileage Policy
At Colorado Dogs Rock, I am a one-person business, handling everything from training to marketing to administration, which is why I do not offer refunds. However, I understand that life happens, and I’m happy to honor rescheduling requests with more than 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will be at my discretion and subject to a $75 rescheduling fee due at the time of booking.
Please note: while I aim to avoid hidden fees, I do charge for my time and mileage when traveling over 30 miles from Lyons, 80540. Mileage calculations are as follows: 0-30 miles are free, and each additional mile is $3.
